End of summer boxes! We have a surplus beef right now so the boys and I boxed up 11 boxes to offer to the community. This box is my favorites - ground beef is my DAILY staple. The dry age takes it to the next level of flavor - it’s my lunch with veggies or fruit most days. After that endless premium steaks - I love the kids but… save for date nights!! :) All the details below. EVERY CUT is dry-aged for 28 days for added flavor and tenderness.

Box is estimated 19-21 lbs

  • 6 lbs. ground beef

  • 2 lbs steak kabobs

  • 3-4 lb bag of marrow bones (dogs teeth health right here but I’d save and make pho - email me for our family recipe)

  • 2 ribeyes or porterhouses - does not get better!!

  • 2 filets or 1 NY strip steak

  • 1 T-bone steak

  • DOOR DELIVERY - All boxes/orders will be delivered to your doorstep on Wednesday 9/24. Of course you can pick up from the ranch anytime in White Post, VA as well.
