Pork Box #3 - Boston Butt

Big Whiskey Beef has pork! The breed is Yorkshire. We’ve been raising them since we caught them at the Clarke County fair last August. So fun!

Big Whiskey meats are always antibiotic free, hormone free and raised on our pastures.

• One 4-5 lb Boston butt roast

• 1 lb smoked bacon sliced

• 1 lb sweet Italian sausage links

• 2 pork chops

• 1 lb fresh ground pork

• 1 lb breakfast sausage links

• 1 lb jalapeno smoked sausage links
