Big Whiskey Beef has pork! The breed is Yorkshire. We’ve been raising them since we caught them at the Clarke County fair last August. So fun!

Big Whiskey meats are always antibiotic free, hormone free and raised on our pastures.

Pork is $6.99 per pound plus your processing fee. You will be charged on the actual weight of your animal. We are expecting a whole hog to be around 150-200 pounds of pork. Processing fees average $400-$500 depending on things like seasoned sausages and bacon, etc. Estimated totals - 150 pounds of pork would be $1,448 - $1,548 and 200 pounds of pork would be $1,798 - $1,898

The $100 deposit will go towards your final cost. Once I’ve received your deposit I’ll email you the cut sheet and standard cut sheet recommendation.

Pork will be available by mid/late Feb to early March depending on your cut sheet.
