Our 1/2 beef share is 45% ground beef, 20% steaks, 35% roasts and other cuts. You get to customize your half! I’ll send you a cut sheet to fill out so you can customize your thickness of steaks, preferences on roasts - all kind of wonderful customizations. I’ll send you our BW standard cut sheet and yours to change - don’t worry, it’s fun! I’ll help you.

Next available beef will be ready Q3.Q4 2025. You can pick up from the ranch in White Post anytime or we’ll deliver your beef for $75 to your doorstep! (NOVA, local to White Post - 50 miles)

How Much Freezer Space Will You Need?

The rule of thumb is one cubic foot of freezer space for every 35 – 40 pounds of packaged meat. A half beef needs about 8 cubic feet. You should plan for at least 16-17 cu.ft. freezer space for a whole beef. This will also vary a little bit with the freezer design. Needed freezer space varies with the choice of cuts and packaged weights also.
